Breast Self-Examination
DEDICATING 10 MINUTES ON THE 10TH OF EVERY MONTH TO BREAST SELF-EXAMINATION IS THE BIGGEST FAVOR YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF FOR EARLY DETECTION OF A POSSIBLE BREAST CANCER.
Every woman over 20 years of age is recommended to examine herself within the first 10 days after the end of her period. Women who do not menstruate are also advised to examine themselves on a certain day of the month.
A woman’s biggest supporter of breast health should be herself. Research shows that women who are familiar with breast self-examination and practice it regularly are able to detect possible breast diseases and breast cancer much earlier and consult specialist physicians. Early detected breast cancer is much easier to treat than late detected and advanced breast cancers. Within the first 10 days after the end of each menstrual period, do a self-examination with the following very simple techniques, and give the greatest support to your own health.
